| I dont have insurance, but was able to get the procedure for $700 with anesthesia.That included removal of a polyp. I couldnt find better prices then this in the New York City area. The office and doctor were much better than most places imho. Docs name is Dr.Gupta in Brooklyn on avenue p in brooklyn. |

| It's completely covered by medicare, didn't pay a cent and I got mine done pretty quickly after making an appointment. Only waited a total of around 19 hours from when I made the appointment. They had me in, next day. |

| The colonoscopy cost around $3000, however it was completely covered by my insurance. I guess it is cheaper for them to have you go in and get the test done rather than to have something go undetected and have to pay for it later. |
